The management team in conjunction with the Board of Directors provides leadership, direction, and decision making regarding the operations of the agency. The management team is committed to providing employees an opportunity to reach their fullest potential through career development ensuring the agency is providing the highest quality care to any individual with any disability.
The management team of Alleghenies UCP has been instrumental in a number of projects including the building of the corporate headquarters, the remodeling of our Ashdale and Lindberg CLA’s, and the expansion of our territory from six counties to 22 counties.
