Referral Program

All full-time, part-time, and part-time casual employees are eligible for the Employee Referral Program.  Any employee referring an individual to Alleghenies United Cerebral Palsy that is ultimately hired and remains with the Agency for the duration of his/her 90-day introductory period is entitled to an Employee Referral Bonus.  If the individual remains for at least a six (6) months with the Agency, the employee is entitled to an additional Employee Referral Bonus.  Payment is made as follows:

• A monetary thank-you (currently $25) will be paid to the referring employee during the month following the referred employee’s 90-day introductory period.
• An additional monetary thank-you (currently $50) will be paid to the referring employee during the month following the referred employee’s six (6) month tenure with the Agency.
• Program subject to change with or without notification.

Currently we are offering an enhanced bonus of $500 for referrals of Direct Care Workers and Residential Program Workers!  Please contact Human Resources for details.
