Reporting to the CEO, this position is responsible for high level strategic leadership, planning, program and services development, retention of community and state partnerships. Responsible to execute the strategic initiative through leading all program teams and maintaining and developing high quality and cost efficient programs and services.
Responsibilities:
• Consistently demonstrate support of Alleghenies United Cerebral Palsy (ALUCP) mission and philosophy by striving for excellence, quality services and community support
• Develop, manage and execute a comprehensive long range strategic and operating plan
• Successful collaboration and partnership with local and state agencies, leadership team, employees and communities
• Management of financial and material resources within appropriate budget
• Ensure program compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies
• Selection, management and development of direct report staff
• Ensure that all organizational policies, practices and procedures are in compliance with professional standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science degree
• Masters of Science degree or MBA preferred
• Five (5) years professional supervisory level position experience
• Possess extensive leadership, management and operational skills
