Direct Care Supervisor The Direct Care Supervisor is responsible for assuring the quality of services provided to the consumers, coordinating day-to-day operations of the assigned employee, and recommending and implementing changes that would improve delivery of services. The Supervisor will also provide direct services as determined by the Director of Programs and Services. The Supervisor is responsible for scheduling and supervision of a staff of Direct Care Workers. Training and provision of Personal Care Services may be required. This is a very fast paced position where you can make a difference. May be required to work in both the Johnstown and Altoona offices. Minimum of a HS diploma or GED. Associates Degree in Business or Human Service field preferred. Experience and/or training in providing personal care to individuals with a disability. At least three years supervisory experience required; scheduling experience preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
