Human Resources Generalist

Assists HR Director in Human Resources policies and objectives for the entire agency including personnel policies, employee relations, compliance, EEO, Affirmative action, safety and health, morale and benefits administration.

 

  • Minimum of a Bachelors in Business Admin., HR Management or closely related filed, Masters preferred; SPHR or PHR preferred.
  • Generalist background with broad-based knowledge; well-developed administrative skills and strong management skills. Experience working with two or more divisions preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; Abra or other HRIS system experience a plus.
  • A winning attitude, strong work ethics, sound judgment, and a high energy level.
