Director of Scheduling and Service Provision

Assures quality care to individuals with disabilities through efficient scheduling of Direct Care Workers. Requires a commitment to quality and effective utilization of resources. Responsible for oversight of Direct Care Supervisors in both our Johnstown and Altoona offices.

 

  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Health and Human Services Administration; Masters preferred.
  • At least 10 years professional experience and 8 years supervisory experience with proven leadership skills. 3 years related experience or training in scheduling/staffing preferred.
  • 3 years related experience or training in scheduling/staffing preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Skills in working with or providing services for individuals with disabilities a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • A winning attitude, strong work ethics, sound judgment, and a high energy level.
