Service Provision Specialist The Service Provision Specialist is responsible for assuring the quality of services provided to the consumers and recommending and implementing changes that would improve delivery of services. The Service Provision Specialist reports to the Service Provision Supervisor and is responsible for assisting service provision with scheduling, data entry and telephone contact and with direct care worker and consumer duties.
