2008 Employee of the Year

Dawn began her career in December of 2004 and has proven herself an integral part of the UCP family. She demonstrates her commitment and dedication to the consumers every day. She takes on additional backup assignments, often altering her work schedule and her personal schedule to meet the needs of the consumers. Consumers often ask for her specifically when they are in need of back up coverage.

Dawn has proven herself to be a positive role model among her peers whether she is attending a training class, assisting another direct care worker or leading discussions in the staff meetings.
