    The mission of Alleghenies United Cerebral Palsy is to assist children, youth and adults with ANY physical disability in meeting their basic needs. Disabilities include, but are not limited to: spinal cord injury, autism, multiple sclerosis, quadriplegia, traumatic brain injury (TBI), diabetes, and stroke. Alleghenies UCP encourages consumers to be an active participant in decision making and diretion of services. The services we provide on a daily basis are designed to keep you or your loved one in the comfort of your own home by promoting greater independence and an enhanced quality of life.

     

    Alleghenies UCP is an affiliate of the national United Cerebral Palsy organization located in Washington D.C., one of the nation’s leading organizations providing and advocating for more than 54 million Americans with disabilities.  Alleghenies UCP is also a member of UCP of Pennsylvania located in Harrisburg, PA, which provides state level advocacy activities on behalf of individuals with disabilities, their family members and providers of community based services.
