PDA Waiver & PAS Services

 

Pennsylvania Department of Aging (PDA) and Personal Assistant Services (PAS) at Alleghenies UCP provide personal care and other aspects of daily living depending on individual care plans.

 

Eligibility

  • PA Resident
  • Ages 60 or older
  • Medical Assistance (MA) Eligible (PDA Only)
  • Need assistance with self-care and light housekeeping
  • Meet financial criteria (PDA Only - Sliding scale applies for PAS)
  • Determined to be in need of the service by the respective county's Area Agency on Aging
  • Determined to be nursing home eligible (PDA Waiver only)
  • Referred/approved by the respective county
