PDA Waiver & PAS
Pennsylvania Department of Aging (PDA) and Personal Assistance Service (PAS) at Alleghenies UCP provide personal care and other aspects of daily living depending on individual care plans.
Eligibility:
- PA Resident
- Ages 60 or older
- Medical Assistance (MA) Eligible (PDA Only)
- Need assistance with self-care and light housekeeping
- Meet financial criteria (PDA Only - Sliding scale applies for PAS)
- Determined to be in need of the service by the respective county's Area Agency on Aging
- Determined to be nursing home eligible (PDA Waiver only)
- Referred/approved by the respective county
