Private Pay

Private pay is a service for individuals who need some of the services that UCP offers without going through the application process for our waiver programs.The Private Pay program allows you to remain in the home and in control of the services you need.

Benefits:

• You determine the services that you need.
• You determine the amount of hours that you would like UCP to provide services. Based on this determination of hours a fee schedule is created.
• You control the services. If you require services for a limited period of time, arrangements are made to supply services only for the time needed.
• You only pay for the hours that you receive.
• A contract for services and payment is completed between the potential consumer and UCP. Once the contract is completed and agreed upon, services can begin.

Please note: State Recovery plan does not apply to the Private Pay program.
