Direct Support Professional (DSP) In Home
Location: Johnstown, PA and surrounding areas & Pittsburgh and surrounding areas

As a DSP, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, supporting daily living routines, and helping individuals stay active and engaged both in their homes and communities.

What You Will Do:
- Support individuals with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, transportation, and personal care
- Encourage participation in social, recreational, and community activities
- Assist in implementing Individual Support Plans (ISPs)
- Foster a safe, positive, and empowering environment
- Help with household responsibilities such as cooking and light cleaning
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid PA driver’s license
