Medical Insurance- The agency’s medical insurance is a high deductible plan, which means lower monthly premiums. To offset the high deductible costs to our employees, the agency provides a preloaded debit card which will pay for 90% of the employee’s deductible. 

There was a 3% increase in medical insurance premiums for 2024. Instead of passing the increased cost onto our employees, the agency absorbed the increase.
