What is a Direct Care Worker? (DCW)
As a Direct Care Worker, you’ll play a crucial role in assisting consumers with personal care needs, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship to support their independence in their own home.
The perfect candidate will have a compassionate nature and a genuine passion for helping others. You should be able to work independently and find great joy in empowering another to live life to it’s fullest. You’ll share a laugh, a meal, a story; you’ll become a part of the family.
Direct Care Workers are eligible for our Bus Pass Program.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation; public transportation is acceptable
What is a Direct Support Professional? (DSP)
The Direct Support Professional role is fascinating and reflects broader societal shifts towards inclusivity and empowerment for individuals with disabilities. Our DSPs are integral to fostering independence, community integration, and meaningful participation for those they support.
The perfect candidate embodies compassion, adaptability, and a commitment to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities to lead fulfilling lives by helping with daily activities such as assisting with preparing meals, administering medication if needed, and providing transportation to community activities to promote independence.

- Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation
What is a Residential Program Worker? (RPW)
As you enter the front door of any of our beautiful Community Living Arrangements, the first thing you’ll notice is it’s not just a house; it’s a home.
As a Residential Program Worker, you’ll assist 2-3 individuals with intellectual disabilities by providing a full range of personal care services while involving the residents in completing daily living tasks and personal hygiene. You’ll encourage individuals to make choices, learn new skills, and take part in community events and activities.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid PA Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Other Positions
This opportunity will allow the right candidate to truly make a difference, influence the direction of the entire transportation team, and impact our community. Our drivers are great at working as a team to ensure individuals get to and from social services, training locations, job sites, or other destinations per assigned. They are trained to drive handicap accessible vans/buses and on basic vehicle maintenance.
No CDL required.

This position is responsible for processing accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. The perfect candidate will have a collaborator attitude with the ability to work independently. He/she/they will demonstrate commitment to continued professional growth and development and will take an active role and serve on agency committees, in work groups, and in meetings.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- 1 years’ experience in accounts payable, non-profit accounting experience preferred.
- Must be proficient in Windows, Microsoft office applications, and the ability to learn and work with various accounting software. Experience with Abila and Fund Accounting a plus.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for occasional travel.
- Ability to obtain acceptable criminal background check, MA Fraud Check and Child Abuse History Clearance in accordance with Federal and State regulations.
